Consider installing the mast while the tower is still laying on the ground. You can also install the mast to boom plates on the mast. It will be easier to install at the correct distance above the tower and you can be sure they line up properly so the boom's of the two antennas will be parallel.

Have the crane lift the tower in place. If the crane operator has a bucket, you can go up in the bucket with each antenna and install them.

That's how I installed my antenna's. I'm replacing my 2 element 40m beam with a 4 element beam (2 elements on 30 and 2 on 40) in few weeks and I'll have the crane operator bring the bucket. Since the bucket needs to be brought in the back of a pickup truck, I end up getting a rigger as well. So it's the crane operator, a rigger and myself.

When I put up my 80' 45 tower we had it up including antenna's in about 6 hours. Since your tower is self supporting it will be quicker as you won't have to spend time messing with guy lines. Get all you can possible get done while the tower is on the ground like securing your coax and rotor control lines to the side of the tower etc. before the crane gets there.

My current thinking is to have the assembled tower lifted into place either in one or two lifts. The top section would have the rotator already mounted in the tower. Also I will have at least one professional tower guy when we rig and hoist everything up. He knows safety and rigging but not setups quite like this. Thanks for steps idea as well as the lanyard reference.

Kevin

If you have the space lift the big antenna with the mast , the most important
here if you have the LAND to
have the crane, tower and antenna moving around to make the installation.

DO NOT DRILL THE MAST, Buy the Steps or make your own steps with muffler
clamps or the DXE type
are just a piece of thick aluminum angle , channel or Steel angle, double
clamp per step are needed

An adjustable lanyard 3 ft and /or complemented short lanyar for rebar
with a gorilla hook to keep you in place like this

me

But if you hire a professional antenna installer he will solve all those
problems for you, most recommended

Subject: [TowerTalk] Best way to mount two LPDA on single mast
Hi,
I am putting up an 80' self supporting tower (AN Wireless HDD-80). I will be using 2" chrome moly mast with ~ 10 ft of mast above the top of the tower. To this mast I am planning on mounting a 7-30Mhz, 14 element LPDA and above it approx. at the top (8' separation) a 50-1300 MHz LPDA both from Tennadyne. While I have many questions the ones here I am seeking answers for are: Should I lift the antennas already mounted on the mast and lower the entire assembly into the tower and rotator, or should I have the mast already attached to the rotator and lift (by crane) the antennas and mount them to the mast? If the second option is the chosen method how do I attach the upper antenna (I am tall but not ten feet tall)? Do I need to drill into the mast and place steps into it? Finally, are there any other approaches I should be
  considering?
Thanks!
