Jim (VE7RF): You are probably correct that latency won't matter, but Jim
(K9YC) pointed it out in case it could be an issue. In recent years, FM
stations have been simulcasting, and to do that requires precision timing
among the transmitters involved, and any latency more than a few
microseconds is critical. Probably not the case here, but its good to be
