I've got ~200' of end-fed Flex-Weave "wire rope" that goes out to a tree in
the front yard, I use an old brake rotor as the weight on the rope that
goes through the pulley.  It's been working well for around six years now.
I'm guessing that rotor is somewhere around 10-15 pounds.
