[TRLog] Win 95 Printing from DOS window

Sounds like you need re-install the printer in WIN95.  When asked if you
print from dos say yes.  I think you can also go in a capture the
printer port under the properties settings of that printer.  This should
work using the dos window.  Not sure about in dos mode.  It would be
beneficial to know what you did try with HP.
