Did you have a disk cache running?

Win98 gives you a disk cache.

If you press F2 to repeat the exchange, it will send the REPEAT S&P EXCHANGE
instead of S&P EXCHANGE.  If you leave it blank, it will just send S&P EXCHANGE.
