[WriteLog] More COM Ports

You get WL to recognize these ports so you can use them with the special
CommSlot entries you make by editing WriteLog.INI.  See Help file for more.

Here's an example from mine (I have two extra ports via a PCI card from
SIIG)  :

;Serial ports 4,5,+6 shown on Setup/Ports window - add more if needed
CommSlot2=4
CommSlot3=5
CommSlot4=6
