Problem, with WriteLog the DTR is always on with this configuration. It doe
not turn off BOTH DTR and RTS when you are in RECEIVE. ALL of my other
programs (Zakanaka, Digipan, Winpskse, MMTTY, etc) do.
So what happens is the RigBlaster is always keyed which keys the
transmitter push to talk. I can avoid it by using VOX setting on
Rigblaster. This keeps the PTT from going on through to the rig.
Can ANYONE tell me how to fix this. The requirement is that COM 4 Have DTR
and RTS OFF in receive. BOTH MUST be of. Either or Both can be on for transmit.
