CW output freq is bellow 25 Hz so we don't need much CPU attention.
Timer resolution of 2 msec is enough even for QRQ contest operation.
Writelog has perfect CW timing on both LPT and COM ports
using only a few percent of CPU time on my 300 MHz P-II.
I experienced RTTY timing delays with MMTTY under Win2K.
This doesn't occur under free N1MMLogger.
But CW leaves a lot to be desired...
