Hi WL fellows.
Is there among us somebody able to write a module for a CW contest in which report is RST+ (10 digit letters and numbers)? As thime surely is not much, which available module one should use? That contest happens with also the English RNARS, German MF and other Naval Clubs, so a specific module for it should meet the favour of a lot of hams.
The contest is INORC and below there are the rules.
Thank you
Sante

01 - EMISSION MODE
     - Only CW.

02 - DATE AND BANDS
     - From the hours 12.00 UTC of Saturday 15th November 2002 to the
hours 12.00 UTC of Sunday 16th November 2003:
on the bands of 10/15/20/40/80 meters

03 - CATEGORIES
We are two categories: N= Naval; I = Independent.
N = OM / SWL enrolled to the INORC or other equivalent Club:
MARAC (Marine Radio Amateur Club) in Netherland.
        MF (Marine Funker) in Germany.
RNARS (Royal Naval Amateur Society Radio) in Great Britain.
        Etc.
I = OM / SWL of any country, not enrolled at any Naval Club, and
        considered "Independent."

04 - CALL
       CQ INORC, TEST INORC
   - The stations enrolled at a Naval Club (N category) will add "/N"
to they call-sign during the call in order to be immediately
        recognizable.

05 - REPORTS
   - the INORC or other Naval Club enrolled, will pass the report
RST with the initials of the Club and the number of inscription.
   - the INORC enrolled on the category Associate Member will pass the
RST report with the number of inscription and the AM abbreviation.
   - The not enrolled (Independent) will pass the RST report with a
       progressive number beginning from 001.

06 - POINTS
   - The INORC stations (inclusive of Associate Member) and the stations of
the other Naval Club is worth 10 points.
   - The other stations (Independent) is worth 1 point.
   - The QSO between stations from 1 point ARE NOT valid.
   - The QSO between stations from 10 points ARE valid.
   - The same station could be worked one ONLY ONCE for band.

07 - MULTIPLIERS
    - Are multipliers the INORC and other Naval Club stations.
    - Could be counts ONLY ONCE, independently by the bands
       on which has been works.

08 - FINAL SCORES
     - Is obtained multiplying the sum of the QSO points for the sum
       of the multipliers.

09 - SWL
Is worth the same OM's rules.
   - A SWL could not listen a QSO between two stations by 1 point.
   - A QSO between a station by 10 points and a station by 1 point
        is worth 11 points.
   - A QSO between a station by 10 points and an other station by
10 points is worth 20 points.
   - The same station could be listened ONLY ONCE for band.
NB: the SWL's reports are very pleasant. In order to enter into the
classifications, is not required a least of listens, but the
Contest Manager will be considered deserving of message the
Log which will reveal a special pledges.

10 - LOG
   - The Log, complete of final scores, goes sent within and not
over the 31 December 2002 to the Contest Manager:
IK0XCB Claudio Tata via Della Giustiniana, 764 - 00189 ROMA Italy
