Haven't used this function in Writelog before and can't get it to work.
Headings window comes up with zeroes in all fields. I ran the READCTY
program and created the WL_CTY.bin file in the program directory and added
the appropriate statements to the writelog.ini file to specify the location
of this file. However, still no results. Any advice on what to check next?
