I've tested several of the USB serial ports (Belkin, BlackBox, etc.) Most
work for some applications, but not all applications.

The only one I've found that works perfectly for *all* apps is Keyspan Model
#: USA-19HS. See
http://www.tripplite.com/en/products/model.cfm?txtSeriesID=518&EID=13384&txt
ModelID=3914. Fortunately, they are inexpensive and available everywhere.

Does anyone know of a single channel USB to 9 Pin Serial Converter that
will work on RTTY? I know they are getting very hard to find because of the
5
bit keying. I picked up an IOGEAR USB / Serial interface today. It
drives the PTT just fine but not the FSK line. I do have a 4 channel PCI
board
from SIIG. It works fine for radio control but actually crashes when I try
to access it from MTTY. Of course, my on-board COM port works fine for
everything.

So what I really need is just one more port and a single channel USB to
Serial port would be the ticket if I could find one.

Am using Windows XP.
