Which also says "not available"

The Tascam has only two inputs - either Line L/R or mono line and
mic. That does not work for someone who is looking to do SO2R voice
and digital by routing the mic through the sound card and having the
sound card route the mic to left or right radio (which was one of
the requirements that started this thread) unless they are willing
to re-cable the station when switching between digital and voice
modes.

A newer model Tascam is here.

In a quick search, I found a half-dozen Tascam US-100 units on EBay.
There are also a bunch of US122s. All but one is from a seller with very
positive feedback (99% or better).
