Getting a little frustrated so I'm ready to swallow my pride and ask for help.
I'm trying to create a Cabrillo file for the ARRL 10 Meter contest from a DX
location. The Parameter Setup box asks for State. Putting in DX means my log is
created with 59(9) DX instead of the serial number sent. I see in the archives
that K7ZO had this same problem when operating from YN and the fix was to
change the INI file to add:

[Multipliers]
CALLPREFIX=CE0

Now the issue. Doing a file search I see only a Writelog.INI file in the
C:\Windows directory. When I open it, it has only three lines and looks to be
the incorrect INI file. If I add the CALLPREFIX line, when trying to save the
change it says Access Denied. UAC is turned on. Where am I going wrong?

Thanks
Ken K4ZW
