Are you running Turbocell or SEC? SEC still suffers from hidden-node. Hidden-node can kill performance if you have a lot of Kazaa upstream traffic.

Let me know what you find out. It will take some reconfiguration of our network, but I could use the SEC with routing rather than bridging if it would support the higher powered cards.
