I *think* that the parts problem with Yaesu rotators may be in part that they are made by another company and rebranded by Yaesu. As a result they are not nearly so helpful as one would like them to

Paul, I believe that the G-800 is not enough rotator for that Steppir and loop driven element's wind torque. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it apparently did. I have run a G-800 and a G-1000 for

My rotator control cables have Cinch plugs at the panel coming into the shack. I think the older Yaesu control boxes use these on the back of the box too. I had similar problems which traced back to
