- Jim, thats quite common. Someone at one time wired the power switch up to turn on/off the high current dc. Thats not how that switch operates. It controls the AC on the ten tec power supply. Id bet t

- Jim, Just a thought, if you are not using a TenTec power supply with your Omni then the front panel power switch will have no effect, the rig will be powered as long as there is output from the psu.

- The power switch has NO internal connections inside the rig. It was used to switch the mains or AC power on and off inside the separate Power Supply. I just use the switch on my Ten Tec recommended A
