Mil-Std 188-141A is a 53 bit per second Automatic Link Establishment wave form
for 3 KHz. voice channels. It is the standard HF linking waveform for the Air
Force and the Army.

We have demonstrated this in gaussian noise channels with 100% copy at -7.0
dB SNR.

DSP processing is amazing!! It sure beats out my ears!
