[AMPS] Wire size

If you're only running 6 - 8 feet (assume 12 - 16 feet total) why not use 4/0
cu to minimize E drop. I would use welding cable and solder the terminations
with a tourch. If using a bolted lug,  wrap the stripped end with copper
flashing
