Ok, everybody listen some CB on 28 Mhz, someone with antennas while
others are supposed to do it with dummy loads.
As easily confirmed by the last mails, the disturbs mainly appear
because of out of frequency operations, sometimes because of awful PLL
in cheap transceivers, more rarely because of amplifier spurs.
All cosidered, if there's no way to control and punish, it would be
better if CB could use Ham amplifiers ready to go on 11m. At least they
wouldn't have to perform mods they can't do well or they wouldn't buy
or build typical CB amps with bad IMD and low filtering. Not counting
the less troubles to manufacturers and domestic Hams.
What wonders in all the topic is that no one did notice the tons of
signals coming from south east asia where 10 meter is widely used by
privates and commercials that are really causing a big problem to our
band, expecially because those operations are not illegal at all.
