Hi
All one needs to do is delete everything unexpected from paypal or ebay!
exception is emails from stuff your watching,biding on etc.  There is a area of 
my ebay where messages from ebay and paypal are posted.
 
read them there all others are from crooks
 
even real informative emails can be deleted as a copy is in your my 
ebay"messages"  This is a new area to put a end to this type of behavior 
involving paypal or ebay
 
check with them for yourself
