The topic area is the SB104(A) HF oscillator and amplifier 'D' board. 
The first question is can the output of the oscillators be varied by 
changing the emitter RF bypass cap value? I believe it can.

The second question is: Can the output of the first stage driver be 
changed by both changing the emitter bypass cap value and or by changing 
the collector resistor from 400 Ohms to 200 Ohms. I believe it can.

Do these assumptions make sense?
