Did you check the serial number on this to see if it matched the one stolen?

You might want to do this first before reporting it. This seller generally
sells high 
end test equipment all the time, and I wouldn't think they would be one to
handle 
stolen merchandise. The seller told me at one time they handled military
surplus, etc.
