You are correct, I should not have included RG-213 in my comment.
However, the other same-sized coaxes like Times LMR-400, Belden 9913
and most varieties of RG-8 are rated at only 600 VRMS.

RG-58 can have ratings from a mere 300 VRMS to as much as 1900 VRMS,
depending on the exact version. Within a generic type, there are wide
variations.
