As  far as I know, Some CB amplifier s use IRF520 and Fairchild HUF7534P3  in 
Parallel Push-Pull.
  I had mentioned  SiC J-FET , this component have very good frequence response.
   Maybe I can get some samples of SiC J-EET  in march
      73!Hsu..
