A good place to start Jerry is having a look at the eBay store of Baruch
Zilbershatz, 4Z4RB and some of his neat ideas and ham radio market targeted
products for QRO HF amplifier pallets.

The underlying basis for these and most multi-FET modules is the venerable
Helge Granberg / Motorola conceived EB-104 HF MOSFET amps originally based
on the now old MRF150 devices; but with extensive adaptation, modernization,
and beefing up improvements to use high efficiency broadband TLT output
xfmrs, nested dual-loop negative feedback and modern rugged 300 Watt VRF2933
RF power FETS from Microsemi.

I am continuing my learning curve to be tech-saavy and would love to build a
50V SS amp instead of playing with HV supplies and ceramic tetrodes. Where
does one start?
