In the 70s most were GE Pyranol oil. I not being aware I used the oil for dust 
remediation on a country lane.

I'm a little concerned about people just dumping the oil.
Transformer oil is a famous source of PCB's. How old does a pole pig have to be 
before you can safely say there are no PCB's in the oil?
