No foreigner can get licence and domestic call in Dubai. Since you can't get
A61 licence at all, signing A6/home call is illegal as well. What you can
do is operating as a guest operator, using host's callsign.

This same applies in Finland where you can only use station owner's call sign. Eg. from the club station it is only possible to work one single band if club does not own many calls.


Propably in some other countries too.
