CQ WW does have a lot of sponsors, unfortunately you picked a category
without one. K1AR does an excellent job sending out plaques in a timely
manner.

There is no sponsor for the USA QRP SSB category that you won, hence no
plaque. This has nothing to do with CQ. The only sponsored QRP award is for
the
world winner (F5BEG), donated by Jeff, N5TJ.
