Yes, thanks Ev.   That is exactly why I asked the question.   The answer I got 
was the one I was anticipating.   I just wish the ARRL would use similar 
wording for both the Unlimited as well as Multiop classes.   Rules should be 
somewhat terse but not ambiguous.
