Pete, can you imagine how much fun EU contesters have fast typing up to 2K QTC 
for 36/48 hours?  Small group of most dedicated ones would ask you for QTC.  It 
is a favour for you as 10 QTC points are much easier than 10 QSO.at any rate.

I am playing around with CW Expert robot with FT1K and rusty TH6DXX.  Short USA 
run last night when reverse beacon reported over 20 dB S/N.  I don't need QRO 
for additional 13 dB.  Almost 300 QSO and 60 QTC.

QTCs gladly received from OC N3RD since 1962.  I helped YM TA2/DL2JRM to 
off-load 10 QTC on 10 m QSB condx.  The others were offered to me.  I am poor 
two fingers typist but my program parser helps with automatic jumps between 
standard time numbers-callsign-report.

WAE is tough game for a big boys.  Reverse beacon makes it a lot easier with 
filtering from local node.  I did old-fashioned, boring slow VFO turning for 
the first 12 hours :-(
