Well said, succinct.

The most difficult task for me has been number 1, when files from multiple
PC's must be combined. There is usually a problem with at least one file
where time/date was screwed up from the start, then corrected later. This
always causes confusion and delays in preparing that file.

I dont get the problem, when the contest is over or you decided its over for
you, simply:

1. Create cabrillo file
2. Open email client
3. attach cabrillo file
4. Send

Its just one more minute of work, after that you dont have to worry about it
next 5,7 days, week, month or whatever

Take that minute as a part of the contest and after you can go back to your
normal life schedule.
