Help. What is "via the DTR or RTS line" terms used in description of
DX4WIN and hook up to radio?

Loging programs problems I have.... I admit I do not know much and thus
need a logging program that is simple to install and use and is complex in
what it offers as functions.

In the samples I see on-line, the offerings are complex in installation and
use and even more complex in what is offered. The samples tell me that I
need lots more information just to get the things hooked up than I have or
care to try to dope out from their computerese.

What I see on the samples is a cluttered main window that makes my eyes
cross. Why not just a dup of a paper logbook with more entries in the
right-most column? Also, I miss the possibility to enter notes; maybe I
missed that. I need a hook up diagram for the DIN plug on my radio to
whatever on the computer which appears to be only some USB sockets.
Anything like that out there?

Charly
