Would everybody also not work somebody with a filthy signal if they were a new mult, perhaps the only station heard from an entity? Somebody around here replaced their older Big-Three-brand higher-voltage bipolar amp (already capable of exceeding local power limit by 25%) with something from Bravoland; previously 15-20 kc wide signal with bit of a spike when keyed now sometimes approaches 70 kc wide when first keyed. The Thai 200 watt amplifiers also stand out. Will be interesting to see where in the results these filthy signals I recorded end up. -ex-VR2BG/p. _______________________________________________ CQ-Contest mailing list CQ-Contest@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/cq-contest |
