Another way of looking at their score is that despite having fewer ops and 
transmitters they did better than the other M/M teams.  It would be a problem 
if they ran M/M and then claimed M/2.

Also, there is a huge assumption here that everyone who claims CR3L are being 
unethical knows what the multiplier radio actually did. It is entirely possible 
that the mult radio worked everybody and this is not knowledge that can be 
gleaned from the 3830 post. Ditto for band changes.
