Interesting Joe Rules do not require you to "declare" an entry category. It
seems, CQ WW rules encourage category shopping especially when it comes to
single band entries. They specifically require single band entries to
include their SOAB log. The rules for this contest have overlapping
categories. Why wouldn't category shopping apply to other overlapping
categories?
