I am correcting a log problem (don't ask, but the main computer started at
1-1-80 ... argh).
I got the latest R2B9 and B2R9 from the web site.
Took the .bin and made it a RES.
Edited it with Textpad to make my changes
Brought it back with B2R9 and it all looks great, except...
all the serial numbers, except the last one, are a value of 1 when viewing
them with CT 9.49--008
For Ken's benefit, here is a small copy of the RES file:
26-Mar-00 2356 3223 15 SSB WA4TII 59 380 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2357 3224 15 SSB N6OU 59 134 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2357 3225 15 SSB K7DTU 59 010 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2358 3226 15 SSB KC6G 59 266 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2359 3227 15 SSB JR8SUB 59 224 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2359 3228 15 SSB K2PLF 59 1561 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
26-Mar-00 2359 3229 15 SSB JJ1VJB 59 218 21297030 28769100
00 0 49 0 0
You can see the serial number in the 2nd column.
In the *.all file:
26-Mar-00 2356 1 21297 WA4TII 59 380 2
26-Mar-00 2357 1 21297 N6OU 59 134 2
26-Mar-00 2357 1 21297 K7DTU 59 010 2
26-Mar-00 2358 1 21297 KC6G 59 266 2
26-Mar-00 2359 1 21297 JR8SUB 59 224 3
26-Mar-00 2359 1 21297 K2PLF 59 1561 2
26-Mar-00 2359 1 21297 JJ1VJB 59 218 3
You can see the serial number is a 1.
Of course, I need to fix this in time to get the log into WPX guys.
thanks... Mike
