RE: [Karlnet] 4.27

We have one AP1000 that shows much higher throughput with the 4.27 compared 
to 4.02, but also locks up about once every 24 hours.  A link test shows a 
weak link, but after a power cycle, it works fine with a strong link.

The RGs connected to this are running 4.02 and there is a link back to a 
flashrom based unit.
