Some of the dimmer packaging says "RF Quiet" or similar verbiage. If it does
not say that, it's probably noisy.

I know someone who used to for for them, and he says all the designs are
seriously RFI tested, in fact the engineering lab has more than one RFI cart
before they got to the RFI lab
