Yes Don, we did indeed have a contact - thanks for the mult! My problem was
severe QRN from an electrical storm to my North East. My problem was with
your exchange and making sure that I had your call correct! I hope that the
log checkers will confirm that the numbers are correct.
Others worked on 80m were VE7GL, K0FX and W6WRT. I had very good copy on
VE7GL who told me that several NA stations were calling me - but the QRN
beat all but a few.
I was using one of the Quartz Hill 1000ft per leg V's and 500W.
