I would stick with serial port to Rigblaster, which will do PTT and FSK 
Keying. Use USB to
serial for rig control.

By the way the filters should be switchable, you just have to crank the 
shift knob almost full
counterclockwise, on the Mark V you can't get to the 250 hz filter in 
SSB. The Winkeyer
works FB on USB, though I only use it with a paddle anyway.

Here using the Rigblaster for CW and PSK, use a parallel port and 
homemade adapter to key
FSK and PTT. But that's another story ...
