[RTTY] GRITTY integration demo

The demo program that I wrote for the N1MM+ team last year to help them 
integrate their logger with GRITTY is now published here:

This demo just mirrors the decoded text shown in GRITTY, in real time. For 
comparison, it also receives text from MMTTY or 2Tone.

The package includes both the executable program that anyone can try, and the source code that might be interesting to the 
developers.
