The power cable will need to be unplugged from the radio in order for the
second part of the check to be meaningful.

MEASURE FROM THE -13.8V TERMINAL TO CHASSIS, IF NO DIRECT CONNECTION, RUN A PIECE OF WIRE FROM -13.8V TERMINAL TO CHASSIS. |
