Your Dallas RTC chip has an internal lithium battery that failed. You will need to order a new DS-1287 Dallas chip from Ten Tec (20 bucks) and replace the device. Unfortunately, it is a 24 pin part that is soldered to the PC board. You might as well replace the other Dallas memory chip as well (DS-1220) since it also has the same battery back up. The internal lithium cells are only good for 10 ten years. Be very, very careful to buy chips from a reputable source--there are a lot of out of date parts being sold by bad vendors, esp. from China.
