RFI on 3579 kc? There is a 3579 kc xtal in every color TV set which
runs the color burst standard, so it's no suprise that you were
getting RFI on that freq'y. It wasn't the manufacturer's fault.
The best suggestion is to yank that xtal out of the TV and join
the Boatanchors group on their weekly "color burst" 80m net!
