Hi All:
Well I went a head and built the 3 elem 24 meg beam.
I used L.B.'s boom length and my element length for 15
meters and resized down to 12 meters. SWR is 1.3 across
the whole band, so I guess I can resize the director for
max forward gain. I put it at 28 feet and fixed at 130 deg.
Now the fun part, Worked PY2 59+, HK2 59+, W6 55, K5 59+,
and a 45 minute QSO with P49M 55 to 59+20.
It works! Thanks to all who sent their comments about my
dumb question.
