I looked at the W0MLY, Telrex, and Johnson (yes Johnson made a big rotor and
beams). I suspect its a home brew or perhaps made by a ham name Bob Leo who
sold prop pitch rotors in the mid 1970's (he was a WB6). He wanted more for
the control box than for a fully converted rotor.
