There are other good products out there. Duct Seal (Monkey Dung) is the worst
of all. Very hard to get off if you want to remove the connector. I prefer (and
have never had a failure of) products like self vulcanizing tapes like 3M
Scotch 130C which are easy to apply and also easier to get off if you want to
undo a connector. Looks like electrical tape (black), stretches and self
vulcanizes when you wrap it around a connection. Never had one leak.
My beam antennas have been up 20 years now, and I have never had a coax
