[WriteLog] LPT on Windows XP

In a recent posting, I announced to the world that
it was possible to use two different com ports to
send cw to two different radios.

Now a reflectorite informs me that this is indeed
NOT possible.

Having never done it with Writelog, (It works that way
with TRLog), I had better back off from my previous
statement.
