Hector,
I did some testing of this as it peaked my interest. I did not find a complete
solution. Part of the problem is that your interface (and many others) rely on
getting DTR high to power the interface. I was able to get WL into that state,
but all the CW and PTT functions are unusable (no CW anyways on your
interface), and there would be no PTT for Voice Keying.
If you turn off all the CW check box's (ie don't point CW to a port) in WL and
add the following 2 lines to the [RIGS] section of writlog.ini
COM12_DTR_INIT=1
COM12_RTS_INIT=0
You will have to change COM12 to what ever port you are using for your radio
interface.
This will raise DTR (to power the interface) and drop RTS (so no PTT)
That was the only combination I could find that would get close to what you
need. Again you will not have PTT available for voice keying.

but i'm Lost where is or how to make the correct SET UP
i add the [RIGS] section and nothing happen
I can send my writelog INI if that help

Hector,
Even though you do not use the interface for CW (and have no "key" line
connected) set WriteLog as follows:
In Set-up | Ports
1) check "CW" on the same port as you use for the radio
2) Set CW Keyer type to "PC Generates"
3) check "All mode PTT on CW Port RTS"
4) click "OK"
When you return to the main screen, select "Setup -> Save Configuration.
This will put PTT on the same port as CI-V and should release the constant PTT
when WriteLog is running.
