Casual effort--didn't get on till 1430Z. I thought conditions
were worse the last time I fired up an amp for a SSB DX
contest (1985 N3KZ/KH6CP FRC contribution. Lots of comments
on how loud I was...ran QRP 2 weeks ago. Call seemed to work
OK in the pileups, even with just the little beam ...I picked
up Hawaii looking for Alaska on 20M.
I wasn't planning to make 75M QSOs, but someone begged
and what do you know, the autotuner worked on the 40M dipole!
